@Xinoutorah you get what you commit to, what you research for, what you sacrifice for, and yes what you pay for. Most of the stuff on the web is about eye exercises which is incorrect and scams. Also eye nutrition does not change the way we use our eye, mind, and body together all day long.

@jtzw1 Its good general introductory information, but in order actually to improve eyesight we have to unlearn the blurry vision habits, reintegrate the clear vision behaviors, and draw off the strain and tension of blurry vision habits with effective self healing activities.

@firendable These are great Self Healing Activities, but they generally don't effect clariity. They are supplementry and complementry to the Principles of Natural Perfect Eyesight. Without Relearning to See though, they have hardly any impact on clarity.
