One Brick Studios is an independent film company singularly created and run by Nathan Wells. One Brick Studios specializes in short stop-motion films animated with LEGO and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Nerve.com The Screengrab Blog, WSJ.com's Speakeasy Blog, ABC's I-CAUGHT, and Gizmodo.com.

One Brick Studios was contracted by British techno band "Nadine and Charlie" to produce a music video for their song "Something Wicked This Way Comes," resulting in the film "Driven."

One Brick Studios was also contracted by the LEGO Company to produce a short film promoting the 30th year celebration of the LEGO minifigure. The resulting film, "30 Years: The Story of the Minifigure" was featured on the LEGO company's site GoMinimanGo.com as well as Gizmodo.com, and is now airing on Comcast OnDemand.

The LEGO Group does not sponsor, authorize or endorse One Brick Studios or its films. Please visit www.LEGO.com.
About Me:

I am an amateur animator and filmmaker who specializes in brickfilming - a form of stop-motion animation that utilizes LEGO as an animation medium. I am currently attending San Jose State University, majoring in digital media and minoring in Film/TV/Radio. During my time at San Jose I will have to take a break from brickfilming due to living in a very small dorm room.

WHAT FRAMERATE DO YOU USE?

WILL YOU MAKE A FILM WITH ME / WILL YOU HELP ME MAKE A FILM?
I can't help everyone individually, but I have made a series of video tutorials outline the basics of animating with LEGO. The series is called Bricks in Motion and can be viewed right here on YouTube!

I HAVE A GREAT IDEA FOR YOUR NEXT FILM, CAN IT SEND IT TO YOU?
I know it can be exciting when you have ideas for films, but I have my own ideas too, and I want to focus on making my own films. If you have a really great idea, you should make it into your own exciting film!

I SENT YOU A MESSAGE, WHY AREN'T YOU RESPONDING TO ME?
I'm not available all the time - I'm busy with life away from YouTube and LEGO, but rest assured that I will respond to your message as soon as I can. If I don't, your message might have been lost in the jumble - just send it again.
