Naperville Pilates, a Bodies by Pilates Studio, is Naperville's exclusive Pilates studio. Committed to the teaching of Joseph Pilates, classes are taught by Power Pilates Certified instructors. The studio is equipped with Peak equipment and supports both; group and private instruction.
