if you lean back, make sure your knees don't go over your feet, and whip your arms back a bit further than your ears, you will most likely NOT undercut! hope I helped :)

r u kidding me? cheerleading is not even half as hard as gymnastics and by the way which sport made it to the olympics first? gymnastics did, cheerleading only got added VERY recently and gymnastics is ALOT harder than cheerleading

no it actually was a back handspring, but made to be done on a balance beam, thats why she landed with separate feet for it and for the layout
