Faking one's birth certificate is in itself not truely THAT IMPORTANT and a minor offense had it been anyone else, unless that person had carried out some serious, heinous crime.

But it's all the more important for Obama. He's the world's most powerful man as every detail is essential to the world's well-being and interest.
Most of all, he's privy to the world's ballistic nukes; so any breach of that security, frauding of identification procedures and authorizations, is an offense of high treason; which is punishable by court-martial and immediate execution but that's the Army and the legal system's duty and responsability not our's to rule on.

Indeed, if we don't know his identity he is not longer the legal POTUS and no more than a vulgar spy and one who has tricked his way into the center of command;...and who is to be treated according to the law and according to the crime he has committed.

For now, we know that this man is evil, reflected in the utter depravity of his poem (see excerpt) about having incestuous sex with his grandfather, and because of his having had the Marks of the Beast drawn on his election day, which signs designate the Antichrist.
