Lik the last vid theres a bit of both but mostly freerunning. Parkour is NOT freerunning. Parkour is based on efficiency, getting from A to B in the shortest time possible (i think it was developed in 'Nam?) freerunning is similar however is more acrobatic. I'm not saying they're both not impress...
