UK is definitely to far away for a good game. Our connection would be red or orange and it just won't be worth playing. Hwoarang is kind of annoying, but it's just about patience with him and getting out of dodge and sidestepping his stuff when he starts stringing. I handle him well when using my main guys most of the time.
