The NLA is a unique partnership between three of the UK's leading business schools - Leeds, Lancaster and Liverpool. Its role is to develop more and better leadership throughout the North and help close the economic gap with the rest of England. The Academy, based at the Lancaster University Management School, is the UK's first regional centre of excellence dedicated to leadership and related issues.
