@RisforRockit That could be true but the title is obviously a reference to the childish actions of the man who angrily shot his lawnmower because it wouldn't start.

@BATMANPAUL I know for a fact because this is the only title I have seen with just "The Devil". Other videos suggest the song being titled "The Devil Lived" and their iTunes Live @ South by Southwest release has it "The Devil Lived". Check it out.

@DrizzleRus Samuel L. Jackson, if casted, will not be playing a "hero" it has been rumored he will play Stephen, Calvin Candie's (Leonardo D.) personal slave who butts heads with the protagonist Django "Freeman". Samuel seems too old to play a young freeman.

@dabam Castillo has parts on Era Vulgaris that were and are unconventional and definable. Dave's presence was only temporary however, I do think Joey plays Song for the Dead a bit fast live. The tempo it was recorded captures the bobbing energy just fine.

@TheExpertsInc I remember reading about that as well as many other TV performances they did a song not planned. In that Armatage Shanks performance, the lyrics are switched around (having not fully been developed) and the drum fills are in different places.
