lol OK. If I do it in speed as I do now I will be next week. If I fell good I make it before this weekend. If I fell to good it be like with WoC. Should be 1 room and turned into whole war on world lol

I do Oblivion mod now. Whole City to be honest. City building took me 2 days but scripting NPC to do what I want takes so much time. But it starts to work as I want. At least I can now lern skills here what I can someday use in Fallout Editor
