About this user

A gamer and collector since the 80's.

Some of you may have seen my mediocre website over the years. NEScapades.com was made back in '03 to keep an online database of my collection and also has some pics of my retro game room.

While the NES/Famicom system has always been my true favorite and collecting passion, I love every system and company who's ever provided me with even a moment's worth of gaming enjoyment.

I currently own over 50 different systems (not counting plug-n-play or game & watch) and over 7,000 different retail games. My game room was even pictured in Nintendo Power back in 2005.

Despite that magazine showing, I've always preferred staying out of the hardcore collecting spotlight.

However! I have always enjoyed seeing other great collections on here and around other forums. The excitement people show on some of the "pickups" videos, reminds us how fun this whole thing can be. =)
