@bustedei that is actually a very common spin in figure skating and in pairs. he just got too close. people still do it all the time. he traveled (moving when you spin instead of staying in one spot) and accidentally hit her in the face

its really getting on my nerves that the yellow in the skirt is darker than the neon bodice!

dont slow down right before the jump! good landing position btw, just hold it longer

push your knee up towards the celing when you bring your leg through, not around. youll get more height that way and it wont look as swingy

my opperation didnt take that long. 5 minutes tops and they didnt put that orange stuff on mine. all i can say is im glad i didnt watch the surgery when they actually did it. im not looking forward to soaking my foot in vinegar tonight

i had this done this morning this doesnt hurt but the needle burns a lot when the medecation is going in and thats pretty painful but other than that i didnt feel a thing

Im having this surgery June 24th (I know its hard to say because everyone heals differently) would I be able to go to the beach by July 18th? (If I were healing at a rate that is to be expected after surgery)

good axel but you landed a little on your heel... really good sit spin too! overall I think you were just nervose... eat a banana before the potassium calms you down. keep skating!

your feet point out when you jump and the footwork is kinda sloppy

you do the same thing i do!! im really bad at camel spins but in your first spin combo you only did like 1.5 rev in camel position... you should hold your landings longer too
