Which ones to try, or avoid? How to use them and what is the philosophy? Speaking of philosophy, I'll tell you about my own. I'm a natural bodybuilder and supplement user. I also utilize a healthy and often organic diet to help maintain the best physical shape I am capable of. I don't condone the use of drugs for every up and down in life.
