@keshav0312 How exactly is it incorrect form? By not allowing your shoulder to fully extend, you're only hitting rear delts. It's so easy for you to get on here and say "that's wrong" without providing your own examples. By fully extending, you are allowing full contraction of the traps and lat. ...
