@mawacal he doesnt own it, he said he is able to build his cottage/shack/house and he is able to use it for about 5 years without paying rent, but once the 5years are up, the shack will belong to the land actual owners

try growing a food forest and sell some organic fruit to farmers markets, or grow chronic herbs :)
