Buying Exclusives,
Basically the most important bits of this agreement are that:

1. You now own the beat but you can not re-sell the beat on it's own without it

being a song.

2. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any
way.

3. ZU will receive a royalty from the sale
of records or downloads.

4. You must give the ZU credit for the production on the beat.

Leasing,
Basically the most important bits of this agreement are that:
1. The recorded song can be
distributed at your price for up to 1,000 copies. More than
1,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights.

2. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape,
way, or form except for reselling/leasing the beat.

3. ZU will not receive a royalty from the sale
of records or downloads.

4. If someone buys exclusive rights to
the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is
still yours to use.

5. You must give ZU credit for the production on the beat.
