Punishing the kid is not the only response. One parent should have to do community service or spend a night in jail. This is criminal negligence. Thank goodness nobody got shot by accident.

The Wars should never have been put on the credit card. In the past, the US issued special War Bonds which were sold to fund the effort. Let's do that again.
