yea i would skip the hot pots then and save up for mac. if you start off slow and buy them at a discounted price, it wont add up to as much money as it would if you bought all the stuff from mac. i no they sell pallets on ebay and the refill pans at allcosmeticswholeslae and brigetts boutique. it took me a wihle to fill up 2 mac pallets cuz a lot of my eyeshadows were gifts, a lot of them i bought from the 25% off friends and famiil sale, and then some eyeshadows i inheritted. if your going to start a pallet tho, do not buy the eysahdows in the pots and depot them to go back to mac you wind up spending more then then buying refill pans + a lipstick. also, you should enter a lot of contest or trade some of your stuff on makeupalley for mac shadows.

i think you should get the 88 pallet or the 120 pallet. its super cheap with a lot of eyeshadows. idrk how much the hot pots are, much theres probably mroe expensive then that. this way u cans tills ave for mac but get a ton of eyeshadows. the onlyreason i dont really use my pallet is because i LOVE my mac stuff, but you get more for less. theyre super pigmented and they last a long time becasue tehres so many colors. i would deffinately consider tthat over the hot pots. and i dont know if your comfortable buying from ebay, you you can get the make-up pallets on ebay for a lot cheaper then you would on the websites like beautiesfactory or coastal scents.
