Honestly, what car is safe from an 18 wheeler? People need to realize that driving a Smart Car doesn't mean you're guaranteed to be in a crash.

On Toyotas website, it says the Corolla is 26/35, then again it was the 2010 model. But I'm sure we could agree the Smart gets good mileage. I read it can get up to 33/41. But as far as mpg's go, I don't know of anything that can top the Prius.

Is this in Europe, because I've never seen a road like that in the states. I also don't think they sell first gen smart cars here. But it sounds like the people in the vid are speaking American English. Then again, I guess they could be Americans visiting Europe.
