so about the jeumont that you've asked before. well i've been on the 80-042 on saturday and it still does the sound. but today, i've been on the 80-041 and its silent. looks like the only working jeumont motor is the 80-042.

I can't remember the name offhand, but it is a generic royalty free tune, so that I would be able upload it freely to YouTube.

Is it possible to tell me the name of the song that plays at the end by any chance on your vids

@MysticMTL The jeumont is back! But I'm not sure if it's the 80-042 since I was on another train set. I'm trying to record the jeumont sound before 2015. Also, You should make a video on all the old CAM cards, tickets, paper HebdoCam and correspondance of the STM. I have all of them.

I don't get it when I saw a commercial with a Faraday's bell sound inside of 31-838 or did they just use the old Faraday taken out of their old STM buses inside (or maybe for the Commercial). When I saw 31-838 bus in downtown I just saw the Electronic Chime inside. Maybe they use the Faraday sound in their Electronic Chime since you told me they can contain many types of sounds.

@uchihasurvival That's a prototype motor, it's not entirely reliable, which is why they don't use it as often. And at the moment both elements appear to be connected, so it could be causing some incompatibility issues. Also you probably noticed that the train was operating in manual mode, because automatic mode doesn't work when the Jeumont is not in the middle set. The sound you hear only turns on when it's needed. If the rest of the train is powerful enough to operate without it, then the Jeumont traction motors don't turn on. Usually you'll hear this if the train is leaving the station fast, or going up a steep hill. Keep me informed when you see the Jeumont!
