Thanks to MewMewInternational I was able to find all but nine languages of this clip. This is Zakuro/Renée/Pam/Estelle-Renée/Shuu-Liu/Sek-Lau/Ruby/Romã speaking a foreign language in episode 10/11(depending on the verision you're watching). This video does NOT have Thai, Indonesian, Dutch, Portuguese, Albanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Turkish, Croatian, or Hebrew. I couldn't find these clips, if you know where I can find them let me know and I'll be happy to make a second video with those clips.

This is probably one of my favorite scenes from Tokyo Mew Mew/Mew Mew Power. I find the sudden fangirling rather amusing, and how I act from time to time ;;. Anyway, this is from episode 10 of Tokyo Mew Mew/Mew Mew Power. I was going to add clips from different languages, but... meh. I might start doing that with my next group of subbed vs dubbed videos.
