At a MyoTraining Camp, athletes train with Myosource KINETIC BANDS to build the core muscles (hams, gluts, quads, lower abs and hip flexor). Strengthening the core muscles helps reduce the incidence of sports related injuries while improving speed, quickness, power, explosion, change of direction, balance, flexibility, and endurance.
