Printre politisti sunt si unii cu educatie si bun simt,dar marea majoritate sunt inculti care cred ca statul i-a investit cu puteri paranormale.Prin atitudinea lor sfideaza institutia si cetatenii care platesc taxe ca ei sa traiasc bine.
