showin some love here to another learner. i believe you and i are on the same always learning path... my whole thing is in not into that powdered reindeer antler and shit like that. the process by which it is made seems un-natural to me. my diet is mostly fruit smoothies, however last night i had raw corn with avocado instead of butter and it was waaaaaaaay better than cooked corn. im new to being completely raw, but bro im dropping weight faster than i can buy clothes! and i eat copious amounts of fruit all day.
