Agree that the Mora and Recon Scout excelled! Own an RS for 17 years and whenever I carry it off trail, it busts up everything in its path. My knife is the Carbon V steel and it takes an edge quickly and holds it for a long time. No matter how hard the wood, never a chip on the edge. A superb blade.
