Phil was a really close personal friend of my husband & I. He was an awesome guy, completely loyal & a great guy. He died in August 2006 & is buried @ Williamette National Cemetary in Portland, Oregon. He was buried with full military honors, which he fully deserved. If you have the audacity to s...
