July 2005. Four guys created the Punk-Rock Band "The Woodsticks". And then after two years of songwriting they got their first gig in June 2007 in Eggenburg. Many others follow. Half Lower Austria's towns such as St.Pölten, Hollabrunn or Horn has been toured with bands like the Austrian SkaPunk-band GUADALAJARA or the PopPunk-band POCKET ROCKET and so they got a "little" fan group. In 2009 they changed theire name in MY SYMPATHIZE. Their music is now a mixture of Rock, with a little bit Alternative, Happy-Hardcore, Screamo, Emo and Pop-Punk influences. So they write again new songs, which are better and louder than before. Now they are currently working at their first album. Be curious about that....
