ive been biting my nails like forever, and now i havent bitten them for 2 months

what i did was i started really giving my nails attention, and making them look pretty

and now i cant bare to bite them anymore :)

i tried making this and it was really disgusting, i think its because the coconut cream i used tasted really thin, so the end product tasted watery and not very good, i'll probably try making it with soy milk or soy cream, and then not as much water, i think that would be good :)

i can really recommend using bhut jolokia chilies in hot sauce, dont use a lot of them just 1 or 2 they add a great and pretty long lasting burn, tastes really good in hot sauce along with chocolate habanero and guajillo :)
