Lovetie W. Browne, MS is a native of Liberia, West Africa who immigrated from war torn Monrovia, Liberia, in 1993.

Lovetie wrote a critically acclaimed book titled "A Sibling's Vow" that chronicles her journey from the civil war to obtain her college education and her fight to assist her special needs sister, Titema,in getting an education. This site will be showing documentary footage from her journey while writing book and working with producers to create a documentary "A Siblings Vow."
