This channel is dedicated to buidling Giant kites (Reuzenvliegers bouwen) with teambuilding workshops. It is incredible to see what happens with the group when you launch such a giant kite that they just have build themselves.

About Me:

My name is Mike Verwater and I own the company Take Off Outdoor Events in Harderwijk, Netherlands. In our teambuilding workshops we reach out different tools to improve communication and cooperation between the people in your company. We do this by building Giant kites with a modulair system. Like this everybody cooperates at their own level but the result (a really big GIANT KITE) only will fly if everybody communicate whith each other during the construction process. In this is our passion and it is wonderfull to see what it does with the group in this 3 hour workshop.
