I remember when this song came out. 1988 or 89, I think? I always thought the coolest part of this song was the backup chorus, which had all of Martika's friends from Kids Inc. (Fergie, Renee Sands, Jennifer Love Hewitt, etc.)

This one of the pieces of Reichs that's actually pleasant to just listen to- nothing you have to wrack your brain to understand, no "you have to appreciate it" nonsense. Music that's simply nice to listen to is good every now and then, don't you think?
