Hey,

I am Ben, 18 years old and I'm a pianist. I've been playing Jazz and Blues for just over 5 years and playing the piano is something I am very passionate about.

My playing is inspired by piano greats such as Oscar Peterson and Joe Sample; both of whom's music encourage me to continue what I do.

Most of the music that I play is music that I have taught myself, heard from tracks and been shown by other people.

On this channel, you will find several Blues/Boogie/Jazz Piano lessons. I try to teach what I think will be useful to aspiring Blues pianists.

However, if there is something you really wish to learn, please feel free to send me a personal message and I'll try to respond as fast as I can.

Thanks for watching and many thanks to everyone who have left comments on my videos and subscribed to them!

Good luck!
Ben

Hi Ben. Many thanks for all the material you've made available on your channel. I shall be ploughing my way through it over the coming days. I was wondering if you've got any tips on getting the co-ordination right between the right and left hands as in boogie there rhythm pattern is very involved in the left hand while the right hand concentrates on all the twiddly riffs.

P.S. I especially enjoyed your video on the Jerry Lee Lewis style playing! Thanks again.
