A very sad cartoon, particularly when Vitalis dies, and when you think it couldnt get sadder, the 2 dogs die saving Remi from the wolves

This was another of my favorite cartoons: and after doing a little bit of research (in a library!) i discovered that this was the cartoon adaptation of Jo's boys, which is like a sequel to the famous book, Little Women.

I never got why the Argentine and Brazilian anthems get truncated during matches, 2 great anthems which are hardly as long (as the Uruguayan one) to deserve being cut off. The Brazilian one gets cut off sometimes after "Salve Salve" and the Argentine one doesnt even get to the vocal part .

I love how they show Bassam scoring after thinking of all his childhood troubles like losing his father; he is one determined guy

I dont know if anyone else pointed this out, but the 2 teams cheated against the most in 2002 world cup won the 2 next world cups, i.e. Italy and Spain, in 2006 and 2010, so it was belated justice in a way
