Truth to that as well. Filming helps me relax greatly, and not only that, it keeps me from thinking about any frustration, it kind of refreshes me, especially when I accomplish something with it, but sometimes I have to keep my balance and not go overboard with it, witch can be hard but I try to maintain myself.
