Biography:
Born in 1948, I grew up in a small village in The Netherlands. Teaching had my interest, already at an early age, and following that inner call, I became a teacher (bachelor of education) in 1968.
Throughout the years it has been a
delight to raise my three wonderful beautiful children, to teach and guide them in a way mothers do, and yes, I could mix it with the knowledge of being a teacher. Most important of all has been the singing: the nice, light, lovely "songs for children", the painting, the working with clay, to open their creativity, their freedom to express themselves. Meanwhile they have found their way in society, and are shining personalities.
A dramatic turn in my life though, led me to new ways with new developments.
It made me aware of a huge inner and growing longing for searching for deeper feelings, deeper knowledge, deeper experiences, but most of all: the answer to: "Who am I really?"
The year of the definite, complete and irreversible change was 1989, and, finally on the road called Unfolding Awareness, I felt it was the true way back "Home": the center within.
Many books and studies have brought Insight, Awareness, Deepening and it still continues, it never stops.
It will never stop. Life is eternal evolution, never ending deepening, eternal unfolding consciousness.
Never ending birth.
Profession now:
Professional therapist, naturopath, counselor, coach, working with alternative/complementary medicine: medicinal herbs, Dr. Edward Bach-flower-remedies and Holistic Massages: a mix of the Thai Yoga massage, Holistic Pulsing, Acupressure, Zône-therapy, Classical massage, Aura-healing, Chakra-Energy-Massage.
I am still a teacher: the right therapy is creating Insight, Knowledge, Awareness, and liberates you from therapy.
