Mine is the 6 knob all origional eccept the tubes even got a matching 4x12 b cab from the ara and am thinking of getting an 8 knob to havre a good blend in gain stages.Where are you folks located?

So whats the real diffence tome wise between a 6 knob and an 8?

I have a 6 knob 50 thats the shit as well! I also have a matching 4x12 thats the beeze knees! Wait till you play it with P90's and a tubscreemer these amps are way loud and plenty for any situation! Mine has a power soak on it for living in an apartment.

Had an AD15Vt do sort of the same deal within about a year of ownership. I traded up for the newer model. Whats weird about these amps is, if you change the amp setting or plug a different guitar in you have to readjust volume due to amp design.
