What can I say except I LOVE music! Music has, is and always will be one of the major forces, sources of inspiration, mood stabilizor, and basic food for my soul. I LOVE my people! A people who have gone through test after trial and still manage to overcome and live to tell about it.

Nevermind I realize now, he's the bass singer. The spinners were one of my favorite groups when I was a kid growin up in the 70's too megatron, I feel you. My favorite songs by them are, Then came you, Mighty Love, and Rubberband Man! I use to LOVE to watch them perform live, they were one of the best perfroming groups of the 70's. Definitely underrated! I would say they performed just as good as the Temptations.
Ok which one is Pervis? The lead?

See that's the difference between the music and artists of today and those of BACK IN THE DAY!!Back in the day they gave you an all around SHOW. First, they came out LOOKING like they were supposed to be on stage,2nd they gave you superb vocals, and 3rd they gave you great stage presence with dance moves and lots of energy!!! Just an all around great presentation that SHOWS WHY they get paid to PERFORM!!! Most of the wanna be entertainers today shouldn't get PAID shyt to do what they do!FOR REAL!
It's often not how much money you have, but what you instill in your children that will make or break them in society. What they SEE and HEAR in their home. Does the parent encourage them and praise them for the good things that they do. Many of these parents today just want to be their chilren's friends instead of parents, but that comes from having children when they are too young and immature! That is why parents need to be a positive role model for their children.
Yeah, this was one of the BEST episodes of Good Times. I actually REMEMBER watching this episode as a little girl. Many black people feel that Good Times was not good because it showed the stereotypical black "ghetto life" but I LOVED it! I think it was very realistic yet positive in MANY ways. And BEFORE James died, the family was intact. They had a strong mother figure AND a strong father figure and that is why the children were good kids with good morals and values.
