Just wanted to shout out a WELCOME to ISLAM :)

Prophet ( peace be upon him ) said that people who leave vain argumentation even when they are right will be rewarded in Paradise (Abu Dawud).

@TheMuslim0, the funny thing is Abu Baseer speaks explicitly against taqlid! He recently delivered a series of lectures on the methodology of seeking knowledge, where he said: A scholar is some1 who guides you to the Prophet (s.a.w), not some1 who doges it and gives you his own opinion. He mentioned that Imam Malik pointed to the grave of the Prophet (s.a.w) and said you take and leave from everyone except the companion of this grave. He also said whenever you ask any scholar a question or he gives fatwa you should always ask for evidence. He went on to say making taqleed on scholars is a kind of asabiyah (tribalism).

He then went on to say in the grave you will be asked about 1 man only (i.e not scholars but only the Prophet[s.a.w])

To finish he said whats even worse are those who do asabiyah to the scholars of nowadays, who don't even have the status of being students of the 4 imams, his conclusion was to be moderate in the love for scholars always seeking the daleel.

If you arent a hotheaded guy, then I dont know what hotheaded really mean. And also its very true, I follow Scholars BLINDLY! I am a Layman and not Talibul `Ilm. My Shaykh doesnt need to cite any dalîl when asking him about fiqh. You better read Shaykh Abu Basir's article on hotheaded youths:

3 -- They go for every opinion -- even if it is wrong -- that leads to extremism, harshness, and the spilling of blood -- even if that blood was forbidden!

4 -- They accuse everyone who opposes them -- even if he is right -- of abandoning the cause, enmity to the Jihad and the Mujahidin - all in order to turn the people away from them.

and may Allah bless the mujahideen around the world. We should support them, and inshallah join them. Thanks to their efforts and the efforts of muslims who take action by speaking and writing and fighting and doing what they have to do, Islam opposes her ennemies. May Allah bless us and grant us victory. :D Kinda speech isn't it? ;)

So while this moslimO may state that you are "affected" or "wrong", do not pay to much attention to him. You inshAllah are on the good path. It is the muslimO, who blindly follows the scholars, the same scholars that are not even doing what they should do, who must think twice about his manhaj. Sholar that do not call for sharia, khilafah or jihad, and even do fatwas agains these things, are not scholars we should listen to. So inshAllah you are doing fine and are on the right manhaj. If you follow the quran and the sunnah and the sahabe and salaf us-saleh, you can't go wrong. ;) continue the good work. You are doing great and I am very proud and happy of you to come to Islam, like a lot of people each day. May Allah bless all muslims...

I just wanted to say that this MuslimO, while he is our brother, is blinded by numerous scholars and does not see the reality witch he lives in. He is blinded by fatwa's of scholars who themselves are doing wrong. They stay in their safe houses, work with the taghout king, receive money from him, and than they call them selves capable of doing fatwas against the jihad and moejahideen. Like you said in one reaction, jihad is indeed fard.

May Allâh forgive you my sister. I can see that you have been affected. But still you are my big sister.
