I was 250 lbs back in march of 2010 when i started working out and (kinda) watching what i ate. Im down atleast 70 lbs. I did Leslie Sanson videos and believe me if i can do it any can. I know everyone says that but when i say it its true. Im like the laziest person in the world! LOL Im still lazy! But Leslie Sansone is awesome... hers is all cardio, Its called WALK at home... yes WALK! Its GREAT! My mom even did and shes a big woman!

how did you come to the conclusion of using HCG and how do feel about the possible negatives effects of using it especially since the FDA has warned consumers that non prescription HCG is illegal and harmful...be careful weight watchers is just as amazing but healthy!!!!
