She is turned out just fine. If you read the description (heck, even without reading it you can guess) you'll see that she is doing it correctly then incorrectly. Showing improper ankle tension then pronation of the feet.
@ queenof....the muscle responsible for develope is your iliospoas. I also have horrible develope en avant and can't tell you how to fix it, but check out dance and dance anatomy books that include exercises for it. pilates helps too.
