Does the hoover get hot as there's no slider on the hose to let some air pass through the hoover?

1st video of the turning is useful, but a 2nd showing sanding is fairly dull, this step could have been left out or just a few seconds of it show

Could we have a close up of the ring holder used for the final turning, trying to work out the purple part and the bit in the chuck

I like the way the car is directly behind the lathe, 1 breakup and this could damage a large area of the car!
