Dave sure somehow you'll pass by here tonight but I'll get back to you tomorrow..got a few things to say about Aloe Vera..basically DON'T overdo it..Also I loathe anti biotics with a passion,but about 3 yrs ago?I have that type of bone disease AS that goes with Crohns like you,but I took a 6 mth back to back course of anti-B's..it's staved off 80% of the dis in my tum..will look for you 2moro .big hugs Dave xx

Hope all is good with you, Ive been drinking Aloe Vera Juice for my bowels,
its really helped, only problem is Im having lots of trouble with my stomach
at the moment, its seriously swollen, Im hoping its not an adverse reaction
to the Aloe Vera, I may need to see the doctor next week if things dont improve.
