1.) What I do to lose this weight?
Eating less calories (1500-3000), drinking a gallon of water a day, being courage, staying focus, not giving up, keeping a positive mind, and motivation.

2.) What kind of workouts I do?
Zumba Fitness, 30 Day Shred, Walk At Home, The Biggest Loser

3.) How long I workout?
30minutes in the afternoon(1pm)
30minutes in the evening(8pm)

4.) How many times do I exercise in a week?
I exercise 6x in a week and have 1 day off. I know you suppose to have 2 days off to give your body a rest, but I can't help it, I love working out.

5.) What kind of food do I eat?
Anything that has less sugar, carbs, non fat, low fat, fat free, or no sugar at all. I always put cayenne pepper and sea salt on everything I cook to eat.
I dont eat greasy food nor frozen dinners.
