I have never liked celery and cucumber but I am juicing these and just sucking them down through a straw. It's not as bad as I thought and if I eat a piece of apple or orange afterward it's fine. A whole bunch of celery and a big bunch of silverbeet and a couple of cucumbers makes a good amount...
