I think it would have been good to have a Garrus and Jacob conflict scene.

On many occasions, Jacob has said something mean about Garrus.

Even in his recruitment mission when Jacob doesn't even know him he says something about staying with him not being a good idea.

Would have been fun to see :D

If you look at these after the suicide mission you see some people mailing their families to talk to incase they die. An example is Garrus mailing his sister, it's sweet. :D

I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere that Thane will be in ME3 but not as a squadmate. I think, personally, he will be in one scene where you visit him when he's on his deathbed or something...
