About MsDjHoodie In Real Life
I've created this video to help others (as well as myself) that you can in fact lose weight by eating what you want to eat, but teaching ourselves portion control and by doing proper exercises that everyone does everyday!
I have a video camera on my phone but I can't record myself properly as I'd like to. So for now I will be making voice blogs daily along with pictures!
How do I plan on losing 115 lbs? This is how:
Walking (1) hr. in the morning
Walking (1) hr. every evening
7 days a week; while eating what I want to eat... just eating less of it.
I'm here to prove that this "is" possible and I plan to make it a lifestyle for the rest of my life!
