@monsterhonda11 street acing accounts for less then 5% of car crashes. if you feel that people that cause car crashes shouldnt be aloud to drive then don't give anyone a car. almost half of car crashes are from teenagers so should we not let them drive? wait till they are 20's? but hen they still...
