thanks for your account of the process and your honesty - my surgery date is 10/25/11 and you have encouraged me that even if there is discomfort, pain etc., it will pass. congrats on your 11lb loss!!!!

SURGERY the same day as me. YAY !! I will definately be following your journey also. We can do it together. GOOD Luck and keep me posted. I am starting my pre op diet today although I do not have to start until tuesday. I am just tired of eating. I know that seems weird but I have eaten everything I want really time to get on with it. I am so excited, you are the only person I know on here that is having surgery the exact same day as me.

Thanks for the comment..hun..Hey just a plug for Mirolax I use it often and it works great but my SISTER Stephanie swears by Benifiber so I know they both work. I have an ulcer so I only do the Mirolax for 7days at a time and I usually just do it once a month and it works great so its kind of just varies per individual so if you've used Mirolax before and it worked for you I would do that again. MY doctor swears by it and I LOVE IT..hope that helps a little...=)

I am looking forward to watching your journey. You are a little ahead of me. I will have my 5 month doctor sup, visit on August 8th. So we should pretty much be going through the journey together. I'm so excited to get the ball rolling!
