Currently I have a New Year's Resolution to stop spending and to lose some weight (10 pounds is the goal for now; if more comes off - great!). I joined the gym two days ago and went today for the first time (1/1/10). I want to keep a tally of my weight loss and gain here on YouTube to keep myself accountable and honest!

To put this into context I weigh myself at the gym in the mornings before I work out fully dressed with my shoes on.
UPDATE: I have changed my fitness routines from morning to evening and that has made a world of difference!
