I am a married momma of 3 who has just been given a diganosis of bipolar manic depression and I am looking for friends who have the same or similar diagnosis and have been going thru what I go thru on a daily basis. At this time I have no couseling which is frustrating me because I was refered a year ago and still dont have help. I also dont have a shrink yet and that is also stressing me out. I need help with my meds and I need coping skills.
